1. What data we process

Appointment requests are made personally via WhatsApp, and WhatsApp/Meta's own privacy terms apply there. Once an appointment is arranged, Elisa enters your name, phone number and appointment details into our internal system to organise your appointment and, where relevant, send you a reminder by SMS.

2. Service providers

• Supabase (database, storage, login) – EU server location (Frankfurt)
• Vercel (website hosting)
• Resend (sending email reminders)
• Twilio (sending SMS reminders)

Data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR are in place (or will be put in place) with each of these providers as required.

3. Cookies

This website only uses technically necessary cookies (e.g. for Elisa's login area). No marketing or tracking cookies are used.

4. Data retention

Booking data is kept for as long as necessary to manage your appointment and to fulfil applicable legal retention obligations.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability and to object. Please use the contact details below.
