Terms & Conditions
1. Booking a service
Appointments are arranged personally via WhatsApp with Elisa. A booking request is non-binding until personally confirmed by Elisa. Your appointment is only finally secured once it has been confirmed and the deposit has been received.
2. Deposit
To secure your appointment, a deposit of 50% of the estimated price of the booked service(s) per the price list is required. The deposit is fully credited towards the final price once the appointment takes place.
3. Cancellation
Cancellations or rescheduling are free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancelling, rescheduling or not showing up within 24 hours of the appointment forfeits the deposit in full.
4. Minors
Hair colouring services (including lightening, balayage, toning) for clients under 18 years of age are only carried out with written consent from a parent or legal guardian, or with a parent/guardian personally present for the entire appointment.
5. Liability
Please inform Elisa before every appointment about allergies, sensitivities, prior treatments or relevant health conditions. No liability is accepted for damage resulting from information that was not disclosed.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Courts of Malta have jurisdiction to the extent permitted by law.
